Returns and Exchanges
Unsuitability
Since much of what we offer is based on a bespoke service, we can not necessarily always offer a refund on an item. However, we want to ensure that your experience of Jeppe Leon is a good one, so we will always endeavour to be flexible wherever we can. If the nature of the purchase allows, we will offer credit or an exchange within 7 days.
Please always let us know as soon as you can regarding any problems with a gift, or if you are not sure about whether an item is going to be suitable, let us know in advance so we can make prior arrangements about returns/exchanges.
Faulty items
We take great care at Jeppe Leon to closely inspect all items of jewellery for durability and quality. If, however, an item you purchase is deemed to be faulty, then naturally Jeppe Leon will make arrangements for the necessary refund.
Please note: Some pieces of antique jewellery can be of delicate design and need to be worn with this in mind. We would be delighted to discuss with you the ‘wear-ability’ or appropriateness of any piece you may have in mind to purchase.
